On July 12, the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights convened a sitting. The draft law on Amnesty of the Fines Applied for a Number of Administrative Infringements was debated in the second reading moderated by Rustam Makhmudyan.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented the amendments done and presented the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Civil Procedure Code, which was debated in the second reading procedure.

The draft laws on Amending the RA Law on Announcement System and on Amending the RA Criminal-Executive Code were also debated in the second reading procedure.

The RA NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan touched upon the problem of legal equality of the citizens paying and not paying conscientiously.

All debated bills were endorsed by the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights.
